Sales Promoter Job in Kollam at Dewlets Ecosmartlabs Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities:

• To promote the sales of Dewlets Ecosmartlabs Private Limited.
• Responsible for boosting sales in the given area.
• Visit the shops as per the allotted list of shops in the area and represent Ecosmarlearn products.
• Canvas customers to buy the products.
• Note down daily sales from each shop.
• Prioritise the time allotment to each shop based on the footfall and timing.
• Responsible for monthly collection as per the sales data.
• Report the daily sales.
• The sales target of the person if appointed would be 75000 Rupees per month.
• On successfully reaching the targeted sales. The promoter will get 2000 Rupees extra as an incentive.
• Any sales above 1 lakh will attract further incentive of 2000 Rupees.
• Any sales above 1.5 lakhs will attract an incentive of 3000 Rupees.
• The total incentive earned on achieving sales of 1.5 lakhs will be 15 thousand.
• On successful completion of the term of 3 months, the person will be absorbed On a basic salary of 10000 as a permanent salesperson in Dewlets Ecosmartlabs Private Limited. With all other benefits and incentives.
