Sales Operations Specialist Job in Bengaluru at Kaseya

Kaseya is hiring for the role of Sales Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as a liaison with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements
• Review documentation to ensure evidence of arrangement (including but not limited to Billing and Shipping information, Purchase Order terms and signatures, proper Order Form(s) and signatures, and current documents on file) Ensure software licensing is aligned with contract entitlements, exerting revenue assurance Support data administration efforts in Kaseya's CRM system, such as mergers of account, contacts, and other pertinent records
• Read and comprehend contracts, identify areas that will require tracking, and recognize discrepancies that may cause issues with customer billing and need to be addressed Renewals Opportunity Management: Opportunity creation, closure, and remediation
• Work with the ticketing system to resolve client requests within SLA and complete reports within timeline

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of sales and renewal operations work experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel Attention to detail, passion for customer engagement and problem-solving
• Capacity to be self-motivated and work on your own as well as in a team
• Experiencing ticketing systems like Hub Spot, Salesforce, CPQ , Zendesk or any CRM Ticketing & quotation software is huge PLUS
• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work in shifts, extended working hours during fiscal quarter-ends and weekends; incise of a business need
