Sales Operations Specialist Internship in Coimbatore at HILLENBRAND

Hillenbrand is hiring for the role of Sales Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collect, process, and organize data related to projects, reports, and communications for the Director of Inside Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to analyze and compile monthly reports, providing insightful information for management.
• Coordinate and develop specific communications such as DDS and ECR tracking as required.
• Assist the Sales Director in providing Business Intelligence reports and tracking jobs using SAP.
• Provide administrative assistance for operations, sales projects, and ongoing initiatives.
• Organize, participate in, and document action items for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual meetings, tracking initiatives to ensure responsibilities are met.
• Conduct research for new and ongoing strategic initiatives, industry-related news, and business development projects.
• Coordinate internal and offsite meetings as required, also tracking weekly and monthly Quote/Orders, Win & Loss.
• Prepare and maintain Global VDA documents and administer updates.
• Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives, contributing to enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or marketing.
• Experience in sales analysis.
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Projection and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
