Sales & Operations Planning – Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Sales & Operations Planning – Analyst!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Serve as key Point of Contact (POC) for assigned domains within S&OP, including maintaining and refreshing the S&OP dashboard output on an ongoing basis and offering technical support to dashboard users. 
• Support the team's manager in the implementation of an adoption program for the S&OP capability across priority locations, market offerings, industries, etc. 
• Assist with the S&OP dashboard expansion by working with various cross-functional teams such as Anaplan, Python, and Tableau developers, to release new resource forecasting models/update existing models, publish enhancements on the Tableau dashboard, etc. 
• Create executive-level documents such as PPT presentations, Excel reports, Tableau dashboards, etc. for senior leadership and key stakeholder reporting. 
• Demonstrate project management skills and working knowledge of project management tools, with the ability to seamlessly coordinate/switch between different workstreams and stakeholders. 
• Actively share best practices among Global and India team members and develop & maintain working relationships with Global/India colleagues. 

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player. 
• Strong core consulting skills – i.e. research, financial analysis, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and a strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives.
• Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA. 
• Work experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or IT Services firms.
