Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Manage and supervise the night shift Sales and Operations teams.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee all operational activities during the night shift to ensure efficiency

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a night shift environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
