Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
• Plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery process, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to business timelines and deliverables.
• Establish clear campaign objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Allocate resources, monitor work progress, and ensure that campaigns run within budget and according to quality standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively taking appropriate actions to mitigate them and keep the campaigns on track.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of status, risks, and opportunities, and managing their expectations.
• Providing regular updates to Internal and External stakeholders and facilitating discussions to address challenges and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, supply and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all business aspects.
• Monitor and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to improve overall health

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field and have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in a delivery lead or a similar role.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and provide guidance on services.
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage internal stakeholders.
