About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inside Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer queries, proposals, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, quotations, and customer databases.
  • Support in pre-sales and post-sales administrative tasks.

2. Data Management:

  • Collect, clean, and manage data from various internal and external sources.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across sales platforms and tools.
  • Maintain centralized databases and track customer engagement metrics.

3. Report Generation & Analytics:

  • Develop regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for the sales team and management.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Present actionable insights through Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.

4. Coordination & Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and technical teams for efficient communication and workflow.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage documentation, presentations, and internal communication for the software business line.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B. Com or B.Sc. with an MBA in Finance or Marketing.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination, business support, or MIS role.
  • Certification in MS Office is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a B2B sales environment or software/technology domain.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.) is an added advantage.
