Sutherland is hiring for the role of Sales Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle real-time voice calls and chats, addressing customer technical queries efficiently.
• Engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling, to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company standards.
• Ensure effective communication to resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales data.
• Adapt to rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability to join by 6 January 2024.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes are preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, and international sales is mandatory.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, including voice calls and chat support, effectively.
• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 / Any degree / 3-year diploma.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (5-day workweek) and predominantly night shifts.
• Must be based within a 25 km radius of the Chennai office for the two-way cab facility.
• Compensation: CTC 3-3.6 LPA, depending on experience.
