Iron Mountain is hiring for the role of Sales Operations Associate!

Responsibilities:

• Drive data analysis and execution for new strategic initiatives, product offerings, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide insights to support sales and partner organizations through all phases of operational readiness to maturity.
• Create reports on sales performance to assist management with insights on trends, program health, and business impact. Include pipeline coverage, bookings goals, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Commercial senior team to inform decision-making through data analysis.
• Assist in planning for long-term growth and participate in developing processes, reports, and metrics for strategies and daily operations.
• Collect feedback from the sales team and their leaders to identify problems with processes, tools, or support.
• Analyze root causes and work with teams to implement solutions.
• Conduct detailed analyses on new trends within customer-facing teams like sales, partners, product, and customer success.
• Recommend improvements and suggest changes to enhance operations.
• Actively participate in transformational programs focused on modernizing commercial processes, systems, and reporting analytics.

Requirements:

• Quantitative Bachelor degree - MBA preferred (but not required)
• 1+ years of working experience with the following backgrounds (management consulting, finance, sales operations, compensation and business transformation)
• Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills
• Advanced financial, and business acumen
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• High Emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to details, with ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables
• Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and get things done
• Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite (including Google Data Studio), Salesforce.com, Tableau, and BI/Data warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau visualization.
• Machine learning certification or exposure would be good to have.
