Fynd is hiring for the role of Sales Operations Associate

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with sales team to finalize agreements with partners and brands.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal terms.
• Maintain agreement records and databases.
• Assist in financial closing for sales transactions.
• Verify financial data accuracy and generate reports.
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and payments.
• Act as the main contact for partner and brand inquiries.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners/brands.
• Develop and update dashboards for tracking sales metrics.
• Analyze data for insights and improvements & Prepare reports for management review.
• Present and deck-making skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 - 2 Years of prior experience in sales operations or finance preferred
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to understand legal terms and agreements
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
