Sales Operations Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Iron Mountain

Iron Mountain is hiring for the role of Sales Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to analytics techniques on a very large set of diverse data from connected assets, including anomaly detection, business analytics, and data visualization.
• Solve problems of medium to high complexity in analytics approaches, related digital technology, or business domains.
• Collaborate with the Commercial senior team to inform decision-making through data analysis. Assist in planning for long-term growth and participate in developing processes, reports, and metrics for overarching strategies and daily operations.
• Help create solutions for the product roadmap and customer-driven requirements.
• Work with reporting managers, data architects, and data analysts to deliver analytics-based solutions.
• Assist in designing and executing predictive modeling projects using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate any issues impeding project success.
• Engage with the sales team and their leaders to collect feedback and pinpoint problems with processes, tools, or support. Analyze the root causes of these issues and work with different teams to find solutions.

Requirements:

• Quantitative Bachelor degree - MBA preferred (but not required)
• 1+ years of working experience with the following backgrounds (management consulting, finance, sales operations, compensation and business transformation)
• Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills
• Advanced financial, and business acumen
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• High Emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to details, with ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables
• Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and get things done
• Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite (including Google Data Studio), Salesforce.com, Tableau, and BI/Data warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau visualization.
• Machine learning certification or exposure would be good to have.
