Kaseya is hiring for the role of Sales Operational Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Daily creation and approvals of quote and order management; general day-to-day data entry
• Well-versed with order to cash cycle, data management, and data hygiene.
• Be efficient in completing team tasks and individual goals or targets and coordinate with team members to complete team goals.
• Guarantee that software licensing aligns with contractual entitlements to ensure revenue integrity and compliance
• Maintain and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders across all organizational levels, leveraging strong communication skills to gather, document, analyze, and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements
• Support in recommendations for the team to perform better and contribute to process improvements.
• Support special projects and initiatives related to sales operations as assigned by management.
• Provide training and support to other team members on tools and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics. Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work according to business requirements across various time zones US/EMEA/APAC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of reports, management tools, trends, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement.
