Sales & Operation Executive Job in Mumbai at PS Holiday Planner

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell various tour packages to individual customers, corporate clients, and travel agents. 
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their travel preferences, needs, and budgets. 
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Continuously monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand awareness and attract more customers.
• Travel Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Ensure smooth logistics for travelers, providing them with detailed itineraries and necessary travel documents.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other travel partners. Negotiate favorable terms and rates to enhance the company's competitiveness.
• Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after the trip. Address any issues, concerns, or emergencies promptly to ensure a positive travel experience for customers.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on services provided by vendors to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and travel partners effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and secure favorable vendor contracts.
• Well-organized with the ability to multitask and handle various operational responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of popular tourist destinations, travel products, and industry trends.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering memorable travel experiences.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required in the travel industry.
