Zones is hiring for the role of Sales Operation Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
• Providing quality assurance of imported data from primary source
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Generate reports from Single or multiple systems

Requirements:

• Written: Successfully prepare written communication and be able to interpret the data findings in a crisp manner
• Candidate should be able to enter large quantities of data from single/multiple sources in a format designed by him at the required level of accuracy based on the ask
• Verbal: Have a neutral accent (no MTI). Have good articulation and should be able to manage escalations in a professional manner
• Should have the ability to create Templates that capture data asked for and report it in a meaningful way to stakeholders
• Familiar with Power Query
• Be able to create visual dashboards on Excel
• Familiarity with Macro would be an advantage
• Familiar with creating Power BI Dashbaord [Good to know]
• Familiarity with DAX would be an added advantage [Good to know]
• Computer Skills: Candidate must be proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office
• Graduate – Any Specialization
• Experience in working in offshore/outsourced environments as MIS is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business.
• Interpersonal awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines
