Qualys is hiring for the role of Sales Operation Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain sales analytics reports that track performance metrics and trends.
• Resolve commission-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure commission structures are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
• Assist in the annual planning process by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
• Prepare and present reports for strategic meetings, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales analytics or commission management, preferably in the tech or cyber security sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• 0-3 Years Experience in a Sales Operations or related field
