Sales Officer - Warangal Internship in Gurgaon at MARS

MARS is hiring for the role of Sales Officer - Warangal!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan sales to ensure we deliver consistent achievement of targets through infrastructure, visibility, and service levels.
• Analyze market opportunities by building a strong business case around them, with the necessary investment and effort to realize them.
• Create and nurture collaborative, long-term relationships with our accounts and distributors, in line with our mutuality principle.  Ensuring delivery of in-store visibility alongside this.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate field sales associates, coaching them on Mars processes as well as continuing to train recruits. 
• Ensure timely submission of trade distributor paperwork, whilst coordinating internally to schedules and deadlines. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to success
