Sales Officer Job in Noida at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential customers for Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP) through various channels – field visits, cold calling, referrals, and existing databases.
• Understand customer requirements and explain products and offerings effectively.
• Conduct preliminary checks and documentation collection for eligibility verification.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursal and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationship post-disbursement for upselling/cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI norms, and KYC guidelines.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Home Loan / LAP products, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle field work and target-oriented role.
• Familiarity with local real estate market and channel partners.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools preferred.
