About this Job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage WSO2 platform users, roles and permissions in both non- production and production environment.
- API promotion to UAT and Production environment
- API version and lifecycle management
- Onboard API subscriber’s viz., internal applications and external partners, this includes application access and subscription management
- Support API consumers in troubleshooting technical issues related to application subscription and consumption
- Collaborate with WSO2 development team in troubleshooting both non-production and production issues
- Liaise with WOS2 support team to track and resolve product (WSO2) related issues
- Responsible for WOS2 API manager product version update
- Upgrade WSO2 production setup viz., adding nodes to gateway cluster, setting up cluster for API manager
- Manage WSO2 shared DB cluster and trouble shoot related issues
- SSL certificate management
- Monitor WSO2 platform components as well as APIs in production
