The Hershey Company is hiring for the role of Sales Officer:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive secondary sales and handle beats efficiently.
- Coach TSIs and design beats to optimize throughput per beat/TSI.
- Ensure effective merchandising and promote range selling.
- Map and restructure towns/territories as per business needs.
- Tap local events and opportunities for incremental business.
- Engage with key retailers to drive sales growth.
- Communicate norms and sales objectives to channel partners.
- Evaluate channel partners and ensure adherence to business practices.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Manage contingencies such as TSI attrition or transport issues.
- Negotiate schemes and handle grievances from channel partners and retailers.
- Plan for target achievement based on sales initiatives and schemes.
- Identify growth drivers and adapt strategies to meet targets.
- Train subordinates and implement new ideas effectively.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in DMS, MS Office, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong fundamentals in FMCG operations and exposure to HHT.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in General Trade, preferably in chocolates or the food industry.
- Full-time graduate from an accredited college/university.
- Problem-solving attitude with high energy and achievement orientation.
