Sales – New Car Loan Job in Bilaspur at Tata Capital

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source new car loan business through:
• Car dealership tie-ups
• Direct customer acquisition
• Channel partners / DSA
• Generate leads and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Explain loan products, documentation requirements, interest rates, and processing timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with credit, operations & disbursement teams for smooth approval and payout.
• Maintain relationships with dealership sales staff for consistent business inflow.
• Conduct customer profiling to assess eligibility and reduce risk.
• Ensure completion of documentation as per compliance & policy guidelines.
• Track loan applications, monitor status, and follow up regularly.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products (insurance, top-ups, etc.).
• Maintain MIS reports & marketplace intelligence on competition.
