About this Job

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Rightease Product.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and target markets.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, and qualify leads.
  • Actively reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, one to one sales pitch and schedule online meetings.
  • Understand the customers needs and provide product for free trail and demos and highlight the features and benefits of the product.
  • Negotiating with customer reaching out the agreements, and closing deals.
  • Adapt sales strategies accordingly to Market conditions.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reporting clearly highlighting the stats on various metrics, tasks and activities.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate (B.Tech/MBA) from good institute.
  • 0- 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling specially to enterprise customers, building a network of B2B clients, scouting, nurturing relationships.
  • Open to work in any time zone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-stater and goal driven to achieve targets.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Perks & Benefits:

  • During the initial 3-6 months probation period, the annual compensation will be set at Rs 2,00,000/annum.Upon successful completion of the probation, the annual compensation will be increased to Rs 2,40,000.
  • Furthermore, an attractive incentive structure is in place for every new customer you bring on board. 
  • You'll receive a 20% incentive based on the customer's payment for the first year, and a 5% incentive from the second year onward. This 5% incentive will continue until the customer concludes their engagement with us even if you quit the company.
  • In this manner, your rewards will be aligned with your contribution, offering ongoing benefits as you build and maintain customer relationships.
