Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in driving sales growth in the assigned region
• Regular engagement with dealers, distributors, and retailers for business development
• Communicate ongoing product schemes clearly to channel partners
• Promote retailer incentive schemes and ensure in-store product visibility
• Suggest and implement Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities
• Identify underperforming areas and develop strong dealer networks
• Support new product launches through targeted branding efforts
• Monitor and report on target vs. achievement performance metrics
• Maintain effective relationships with C&F agents, dealers, and team members
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support general sales operations
