About this Job
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in driving sales in the assigned region
- Build and maintain regular contact with dealers and distributors
- Communicate product schemes and offers clearly to dealers and retailers
- Promote retail schemes and ensure strong product visibility at store level
- Suggest and execute innovative ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) activities
- Identify untapped markets and develop new high-performing dealers
- Support branding efforts for new product launches
- Monitor sales targets and generate performance reports
- Maintain strong relationships with C&F agents, dealers, distributors, and team members
- Follow up regularly on outstanding payments
- Support the Sales Manager in additional tasks as required
