Accor is hiring for the job role of Sales Manager (Weddings)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Negotiate with clients using creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals, to achieve both maximum revenue/profit potential and fulfillment of contractual responsibilities while satisfying client needs.
• Coordinate with the Director of Sales – MICE and Catering to ensure proper utilization of function space and guest room blocks to yield maximum revenues.
• Develop Marketing plan, goals & strategies.
• Respond to all incoming leads (phone, online, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Strong Leadership abilities and excellent people management skills.
• Conduct site inspections with all prospective clients.
• Make Sales calls to wedding planners and preferred vendors to promote/sell the services and facilities of the hotel.
• Respond to all incoming leads (phone, online, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain proper reporting procedures on all leads for weekly sales production reports and pace reports.
• 1-2 years in the same position.
