Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Executive Job in Hyderabad at Floorscapes Carpets Pvt. Ltd

• Sales Executive for entire Hyderabad, developing new clients and nurturing existing ones, Coordination with Architects and Clients
• Develop relationships with key personnel in industry including Architects, PMC, Purchase Heads of Organization’s, Decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive focus on identification of new opportunities by managing and building long term relationships with A & D community and Develop strategies to increase sales volume for Specification & Project based business.
• Plan and organize architectural meets to create influence of product and business/ Represent Floorscapes in Distributor/ A&D meets in the region.
• Meeting with Architects, Interior Designers, PMC’s and end clients for specification of our product range.
• Manage and maintain a specification tracking & measurement mechanism and take steps necessary to follow specifications through to job completion.
• Achieve agree upon revenue targets.
• Sales & Specification through marketing focused activity
• Assist to develop & implement marketing strategies and materials for the architectural and Specifier market.
• Ensure customer relationship management leads are taken through to opportunity.
• Establish and maintain project lead generation process.
• Identified projects and follow through CRM.
• Develop and maintain an industry ‘market intelligence’ network.
• Participate in Architect / distributer key events and meets.
• Manage and maintain a specification tracking & measurement mechanism and take steps necessary to follow specifications through to job completion.
• Plan and update project pipeline/Sales conversion ratio
• Maintain regular liaison with distribution network of the region for sales/ Service & collection related activities.
• Monthly MIS reports
