Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our products and services.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration other related field.
• (0-3)+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the same or related industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
