Bajaj Allianz is hiring for the role of Sales Manager Motor NTU!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct training for all Dealer partners about regulatory guidelines and products
• Activate dealers through R&R activities to increase penetration
• Focus on moving existing dealers within bands to ensure profitability
• Cascade the channel's strategy and key focus areas to achieve set goals
• Implement real-time MIS and reports to ensure the availability of information on performance and productivity parameters
• Organize structured periodic meetings to address service-related issues and escalations
• Assist dealers in pitching products to crucial customers and driving sales closure
• Support existing dealers by recommending focus areas to maximize revenue for BAGIC
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely approval of campaign budgets and processing of payouts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Education/Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Flexible & adaptable to change
• Well-versed with MS Office
• Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should be proficient in the local language
• Years of Experience: 2 to 6 years
