Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Direct Job in Mumbai at Tata Capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire potential customers for personal loans through field sourcing and calling
• Conduct mandatory in-person customer visits to verify details and collect documents.
• Explain product features, terms, and eligibility to prospective borrowers.
• Liaise with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursal.
• Post-disbursement, follow up with customers sourced by self for repayment and early bucket collections.
• Achieve monthly sourcing, disbursal, and collection efficiency targets.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and collections follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory guidelines.
