IDFC First Bank is hiring for the role of Sales Manager: Home Loans Prime!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Acquisition of Home Loan customers in the identified segment
- Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing the transaction-banking needs of the customer
- Provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on opportunities and customer needs to ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures defined by the organization
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy
Requirements:
- Graduation: Any Graduation
- Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
- Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in Home loans
