Sales Manager - Gold Loan Job in Delhi at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Driving gold loan business across all branches in coordination with branch team, operation team, direct sales team as well as other asset team.

2. Coordinate with Marketing team, IT team

• For plan and execution of promotional BTL activity in branch catchment area
• Generate lead from digital channels
• Monitor and review lead conversion from each activity.

3. Coordinate with admin/ project/ human resource team for

• Set up of infrastructure (storage, people, process)
• Empanelment of external valuer
• Recruitment of gold loan sales officers. Ensure productivity of Sales Officers

4. Coordinate with branch banking team and Product team

• To Identifying branch for launch of gold loan business & build healthy and profitable portfolio
• Prepare rewards & recognition program and Drive team through local contest
• Undertake competition mapping and update central product team on competition product propositions.
• To conduct timely training of staff and query resolution

5. Keep track of collection and recovery and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limits

6. Coordinate with teams for timely branch audits / auction and report on issues and get closure on items.

Skills Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Good understanding with loan software applications.

Understanding of KYC documents

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Should possess excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and diligent.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

• Min 2 years of gold loan experience
• Must have gold loan Sales, Training, Audit, Collection & Auction experience
