Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel for Home Loan / LAP.
• Onboard, activate, and train DSAs to generate consistent business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
• Drive monthly business targets through DSA network.
• Ensure all loan applications sourced via DSAs are accurate and complete.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor DSA performance and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines.
• Track competitor offerings and DSA activities to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain sales MIS, productivity reports, and daily activity trackers.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Prior experience in HL / LAP sales through DSA channel.
• Preferably from NBFC / Housing Finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of DSA market, local geography, and customer profiles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly business targets.
• Good command of MS Office and sales reporting.
