About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new DSAs to expand the sales network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the productivity of the existing DSA network.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for DSAs to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the company's products.
  • Develop sales plans and targets in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure DSAs adhere to company policies and standards while executing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to foster loyalty and engagement.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by DSAs promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and DSAs, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives (if applicable), providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Should have experience in team handling 2-3 years.
