About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the home loan DSA vertical, aligning with the overall company objectives. Continuously evaluate and adjust the strategy to respond to market dynamics and achieve growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the home loan DSA vertical. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential DSA partners, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and regularly monitor performance against targets. Take proactive measures to address any gaps and optimize performance.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to home loans. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the resolution of customer queries, complaints, and escalations. Foster long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities. Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential fraud and credit risks associated with home loan transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of home loan products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
