Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products.
• Generate business through direct sourcing, field visits, references, and customer networking.
• Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to documentation and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, builders, and DSAs.
• Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing prompt service and follow-ups.Knowledge about Lending products and funnel movement

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in Home Loans / LAP in NBFC/Banking sector.
• Good knowledge of local market, customer profiles, builders, and loan policies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and MS Office.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
