Kotak Mahindra is hiring for the role of Sales Manager - Consumer Durables!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve consumer durable and similar product volume and other cross-sell product targets by managing various relationships assigned, including, authorized dealers of various types which may include large format stores.  
• Recruit and train sales team for sourcing business dealer counters.  
• Development of team of DST and deploy them to achieve the business & cross Sell goals of individual & team.  
• To Increase distribution, identifying gaps and identifying growth opportunities, gaps in distribution, team, and processes.  
• Generating revenue through cross-selling of company products.  
• Identify and develop new relationships/dealers for generating business.  
• Supervise and guide the sales team assigned managing dealer relationships

Requirements:

• Qualification - Graduate / MBA
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales management
• Customer relationship management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Relationship Management Skill    
• Strong on Integrity and open to new roles/ responsibilities.
