IDFC First Bank is hiring for the role of Sales Manager-Commercial Vehicles!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
- Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
- Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring a business, and providing high-quality customer service
- Recommending improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
Requirements:
- Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management
- Post-graduation: MBA
- Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in Commercial Vehicle
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
