Sales Manager - BBG Job in Ahmedabad at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

JOB SUMMARY

• Candidate should possess adequate knowledge of working capital products like cash credit (CC)/overdraft(OD)/letter of credit(LC), Bank Guarantee (BG) etc…
• Candidate should have adequate knowledge of credit assessment of working capital or Loan against Property products(LAP)
• Candidate should be currently handling portfolio of working capital / LAP customers
• Candidate should have adequate knowledge of local catchment
• Candidate should have knowledge of WC/LAP disbursement documentations like Legal, Technical and stamp duties etc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good communication skills and ability to work with management, customers and vendors
• Good people skills and must have ability to work as part of a larger team
• Ability to observe pressure and function according to the expectation of Senior Management
• Able to prioritize requirement and accordingly take necessary actions
• Understanding of Matrix based organization and delivery models
• Should not have any restrictions and reservations in terms of work related requirements and willing to travel as and when required

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

Application Criteria

• Qualification – Graduate/ MBA

Skills & Experience –

• 2-4 Yrs. in Working Capital Finance/ Term Lending/ LAP
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of local market from secured lending perspective.
• Essential requirement: 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services
