Bajaj Allianz is hiring for the role of Sales Manager - Bancassurance (Delhi)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Analyze customer segmentation and sales trends based on demographics, geography, and characteristics to assess business potential
  • Conduct trainings at the branch level for banking partners on regulatory guidelines and products
  • Plan and execute R&R (Rewards & Recognition) activities to activate branches and increase penetration in active branches
  • Drive campaigns and contests for partner banks to increase sales in profitable segments
  • Assist banking partners in pitching products to key customers and support in sales closure
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers
  • Gather market intelligence about potential partners, analyze their profiles and customer base to find the best product fit from BAGIC's portfolio
  • Assess profitability and viability of partnerships
  • Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and present BAGIC offerings in coordination with the Vertical Head
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and daily servicing tasks including policy issuance
  • Collect relevant documents from customers post-sales and coordinate with operations for processing
  • Resolve operational issues faced by partners to ensure smooth collaboration with BAGIC
  • Support cancellation requests, policy endorsements, and coordinate with the internal operations team for approvals and process ease

Requirements:

  • Graduation (minimum educational qualification)
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or Bancassurance
  • Proven experience in Bancassurance, Banca, or Insurance Sales
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and sales trends
  • Ability to conduct product and regulatory trainings
  • Strong relationship management and client handling skills
  • Knowledge of cross-sell strategies and customer profiling
  • Experience in planning R&R activities for partner activation
  • Market research and partner profiling capability
  • Presentation and communication skills for pitching products to banking partners
  • Coordination skills to manage internal cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with insurance operations like policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Problem-solving attitude to resolve partner-related operational issues
  • Ability to handle documentation and support partners in customer claim registration
  • Service-oriented mindset with focus on partner and customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geography for partner engagement
