Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.

• Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored laundry service solutions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales targets and provide guidance and motivation to achieve them.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer coaching and feedback.
• Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
• Utilize market research to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities.
• Provide input for product and service development based on market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Forecast future sales and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales within the laundry service industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
