Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Create and oversee the annual sales plan and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and retention.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, addressing client concerns and issues as needed.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Utilize data and metrics to analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans for enhancement.
• Continuously review and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain effective sales tools, CRM systems, and processes to streamline operations and enhance sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and initiatives.
