- Giving training to the Brokers.
- Make the Brokers understand about their roles and responsibilities.
- Set self Targets
- Maintain a good relationship with the client & Brokers.
- Motivate the Brokers from time to time to achieve Target.
- Keep proper documentation for each and every sale.
- Arrange brokers meet on site.
- Client Site Visit through Brokers
- App implementation
