Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to achieve sales target.
  • Developing sales targets & plan based on market assessment, generating customer acquisition as per targeted plan
  • Generate new leads and convert existing leads into sale is most important task.
  • Responsible for motivating and advising team to improve their performance and achieve their sales targets as well as training new sales representatives.
  • Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems and maintain relationships.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly targets are met.
  • Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing skills, communication skills and sales strategy skills.


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 2-3 years sales/marketing experience is mandatory.
  • Graduation must
  • Should be efficient in time management & should be result-oriented.
  • Should have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Should have exceptional oral & written communication skills.
  • Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Must be presentable
  • Candidate should have interpersonal competencies and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify market trends.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data about new market trends & customer's needs.
  • Able to coordinate and supervise a team.
  • Should have basic IT knowledge and computer proficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
