Primary Responsibilities :

·        Visit Industries and identify new opportunities for Business.

·        Respond to customer complaints; evaluate and resolve problems of the customer

·        To produce daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and forecast.

·        Prepare Sales Strategy and Presentations based on Market Research and studying Competitors.

Job Description:

·        Targeting new as well as existing clients.

·        Formulating the strategy segment wise, implementing and analyze the same.

·        To Manage the team with by supplementing with their Targets.

·        To Maintain The Client Profile Sheet and Report to the verticals by (Sales Management Portal) an online Software.

·        Maintain comprehensive customer profile.

·        Produced daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and forecast.

·        Follow up of sent quotation and outstanding.

·        Solving customer query and problems.

·        Establishing healthy & prolonged business relation with clients.

·        Requirement generation and finding satisfaction level of customers.

·        Dealing with client specification and preparation of sales proposal as per client requirement.

·        Floating the Sales quotation, client visit and develop new clients.

·        To take follow up with existing clients.

·        Visit Industries and identify new opportunities for Business.

·        To Coordinate with different departments such as Design, Purchase and Production.

·        To Suggest Improvement in quality of Products from taking Feedback from clients.

·        Prepare Sales Strategy and Presentations based on Market Research and studying Competitors.

·        Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

·        Respond to customer complaints; evaluate and resolve problems of the customer

·        Assist in installing the equipment, analyse, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.

·        Work along with technical sales engineers and offer customer training for the product.

·        Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests; develop and maintain relations with customers.

·        Propose firefighting products accordance with local civil defence requirement.

·        To look after sales

 

·        Should have professional experience in Strategic planning, Sales & Relationship Management, finance & Account

·        handle  relationship for running successful business operation & developing procedures

·        Dealing with all sectors like manufacturing, service, construction, Govt. agencies, trading etc.

·        Should be able to manage structuring and closing of the deal.
