Airtel is hiring for the role of Sales Manager !
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery. Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings.
- Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement.
- Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
- Manage productivity, performance, and morale of the branch team.
- Take full ownership of the branch’s break-even and P&L performance.
- Liaise with product, marketing, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
