Bajaj Allianz is hiring for the role of Sales Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct training for all Dealer partners about regulatory guidelines and products.
- Able to activate the dealers through R&R activities to increase penetration.
- Focus on the movement of existing dealers within bands to ensure profitability.
- Cascading the channel's strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals
- Put in place real-time MIS & reports to ensure information available at all times on all performance or productivity parameters.
- Organize structured periodic meetings to resolve service-related issues and escalations
- Assist the Dealers in pitching products to crucial customers & driving sales closure for the same.
- Support existing Dealers by recommending focus areas to maximize revenue generated for BAGIC
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure that campaign budgets are approved and the payouts are processed timely.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity including everyday servicing and policy issuance etc.
Requirements:
- Industry Understanding & Competitive Awareness; Product Knowledge; Sales Execution; Customer Relations.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible & adaptable to change.
- Well-versed with MS Office.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be aware of the Local language.
