Investodeck is hiring for the job role of Sales Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.
- Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.
- Attending walk-in customers.
- Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.
- Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.
- Conversion of leads to prospects.
Requirements:
- Fresher with an experience of 0-1 Year.
- Should possess MBA Degree.
- In-depth understanding of real estate trends, values, and regulations to guide both team members and clients.
- Strong communication skills for clear client interaction, negotiation, and team coordination.
