Sales Manager Job in Bangalore at Rupeek Fintech Private Limited.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
• Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers
• Build trust by handling customer objections
• Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
• Build long term relationship with Gold Powered Credit card customers to ensure business and referrals
• Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
• Share local insights from the field to the central team

Skills required:

• Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
• Hunger- Check past Incentive earnings
• Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
• Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
• Basic mathematics calculations

Candidate Persona:

• Graduate with 2 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
• Preferably between 25-30 years of age

Sourcing Criteria (Precision Sourcing Guardrails):

• 2 Years of Field Sales Experience
• BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, FMCG
• Age not more than 30 Years
• Driving Licence and 2 Wheeler is must
• Local Language Proficiency/Local Candidates
• should be able to do basic mental calculations like simple percentages
