Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team: Provide guidance, training, and motivation to sales staff to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Create short-term and long-term sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets: Establish individual and team goals and track performance against KPIs.
  • Market research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build client relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
