Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
• Set individual sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Oversee the management of customer accounts and the sales pipeline.

Sales Performance:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Operational Management:

• Manage the sales budget, including expenses and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in [specific industry].
