Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business strategies, establish customer call plans, and create account profiles for self and team.
• Meet assigned sales targets for both personal and team goals.
• Collaborate with other Schneider Electric Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive specifications and sales.
• Promote Schneider Electric products, solutions (with a focus on Power Products, Industry, Power Systems, H&D, Automation, and Software), and services to assigned customers.
• Continuously develop new market and sales opportunities.
• Manage customer and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations to achieve sales revenue and market penetration objectives.
• Monitor competitors' activities and create mapping strategies.
• Execute promotional activities to enhance product visibility and market presence.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, efficient order handling, follow-up, and technical support.
• Update and maintain CRM databases to track customer activities and opportunities effectively.
